Hi and thanks for the information on the Karpman triangle! I had read about it in the past and it was brought it to my mind again. I love your addition of Redeemer, as it adds an element that can take us out of the vicious cycle into a place of peace. I also really liked the Jim Carrey acronym for EGO — very clever!
